Digital Reality’s recently released and critically-acclaimed aerial combat racer SkyDrift soars onto Steam today. SkyDrift is a fast paced, arcade-heavy game that gives players the ultimate racing experience with a smooth, light, and quick flight style. Previously released on PlayStation^®Network and Xbox LIVE^®Arcade, SkyDrift has raced to the finish line as the best aerial racing game available! The Gladiator pack is one of two DLC packs being offered for the Steam version of SkyDrift. With the Gladiator DLC, you will improve your dog fighting skills with you and up to seven other players in six cut-throat arenas - including Warfactory, U.F.O. and Scrapyard. Jump into a blazing dogfight or create a new arena in order to pick the specific course settings, like weather conditions or Time Limits. Only the number of opponents eliminated will earn honor and respect! The Gladiator Pack is free for the first week only, and will cost $2.99 thereafter.

The other DLC pack is the Extreme Fighters DLC pack – it’s available for $1.49, and adds to the player’s arsenal three of the most powerful and deadliest planes available in the game, including the Vanguard, Sparrow X1 and Triwing Vintage.

Dominate against the deadliest opponents in the most spectacular exotic locations from all around the world. Choosing from 33 racing events on several reversible, living tracks, players will compete against opponents in single player or multiplayer challenges with up to eight players. The goal is simple: if you can't overtake them, shoot them down!

SkyDrift Game Play Features:

• Eight Modern Planes to Fly: Choose from eight modern, state-of-the art airplanes turned into killing machines, each with four different skins for a total of 32 unique racing skins.
• Six Power-ups!  Capture up to two different powers in your plane’s arsenal, then collect upgrades to increase the strength of those existing powers. Strategy becomes key as you must choose which powers to keep, which ones to upgrade and which ones to convert into Boost energy.

• 8-person Multiplayer:  Jump online to take your friends down in this fast and furious battle.
• Three Unique Game Modes:  Power Race Mode is high-speed racing paired with power-ups; Speed Race Mode where players navigate the course through ring targets that accelerates plane speed and Survival Mode where pilots race against the countdown clock and each other.
• Extreme Fighters DLC Pack: The three most powerful and deadliest planes of SkyDrift are ready for takeoff. Swoop in with the indomitable bird of prey that fits your style including Vanguard, Sparrow X1 and Triwing Vintage.
